Winter Skills, Strength, and Conditioning Program

Exciting New Winter Football Skills, Strength, and Conditioning Program is Here! During our winter program we will work with our athletes on the foundational skills that will further their performance on the football field. We will help them with the tools to improve their speed, agility, strength, explosiveness, footwork, and conditioning. We will also work with the athletes on proper fundamentals of football as it relates to various positions like stance, throwing, catching, blocking, handoffs, vision, and football awareness just to name a few. We will provide our athletes and their families with proper nutrition information to help young athletes develop the healthy eating habits to fuel their health and their performance. Program will include weekly "homework" for our athletes to complete to help them learn accountability as well as develop the drive to improve.
This Program will run Fridays from 6-8pm at Genesis Health Clubs Westroads Location 1212 N. 102nd Street Omaha, NE 68114.
Start Date is Friday November 11, 2022 and will run through Friday February 24th 2023. Program will be a total of 12 workouts over the 17 weeks with 5 Fridays off.
